Franz Haas, ‘Schweizer’ Manna / Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewüztraminer, Kerner, Sauvignon Blanc
50% Riesling, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Traminer, 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Each variety was vinified separately, with the Chardonnay and Sauvignon fermented in oak. An aromatic, perfumed, crisp and complex wine with a lot of character and length. Heady perfumes of lychee and ripe citrus fruit with freshly cut grass which give was to a lovely mineral quality on the palate.
